Hello
I'm Sam, the South Downs Doula
Inspired by my own experiences and the stories of pregnancy, birth and motherhood that have surrounded me since I became a parent, I decided to become a doula. Having completed my training at the Birth Bliss Academy with founder Kicki Hansard, I now provide care and support to new parents as they start or grow their families. Armed with the right information, the confidence and autonomy to make your own choices and decisions, and the security of a strong support system, I feel that the transition to parenthood can and should be positive for everyone.
