KGHypnobirthing was invaluable to me and my partner when preparing for the birth of our first baby. The classes we attended together helped to strengthen our bond and build mutual trust, resilience and confidence. It helped my partner to engage and take a proactive and important role in my birth experience. It armed us with powerful knowledge about the physiology of birth as well as what clinical options might be presented to us in different scenarios and the variable outcomes that we might experience.
